Iron and Ash Estate represents a comprehensive full-service transformation, centered on a complete "to-the-studs" renovation of the entire second level. By gutting and rebuilding the layout, we successfully maximized every square inch, uncovering and creating functional new spaces within the primary suite that the client never knew were possible.

 

The scope extended to the main floor, where we executed a full-service redesign featuring a dramatic stone fireplace replacement and the creation of a sophisticated, moody home office. By reconfiguring closets we added a new jack and jill bathroom on the second floor which flanks a teen girl hangout and bedroom space.

 

This project meticulously addressed every corner of the home, resulting in a seamlessly updated estate that balances modern comfort with high-end architectural detail, ensuring no nook was left untouched.
