The scope extends into a massive, full-scale basement overhaul designed for ultimate recreation. This lower level features an indoor basketball court anchored by a custom "The Greats" mural, a home gym with retail-style viewing windows, a bespoke snack bar, and a fully renovated bathroom. From the structural updates in the entryway to the custom finishes below grade, this project seamlessly blends luxury entertaining with high-performance living.
